Top Keywords

• What is the Top Keywords tool and how do I use it?

  The Top Keywords tool shows your top performing keywords alongside all the ads displaying on those keywords. Place your cursor over a keyword in the left-hand column to display all the ads appearing on that keyword. Your ad will be highlighted in the column on the right. Click on the keyword to anchor the page so you can scroll down and review all the ads triggered by that keyword.

  Use this tool to keep an eye on your competitors' ads. If you are looking to distinguish your copy, this tool provides a quick snapshot of their text so you can update your ads as needed.

• Can I track the performance of a single keyword?

  Absolutely! Go to the Recommendations page to see your High Priority and Low Priority recommendations. To the right of each suggestion to either increase or decrease your bid, you'll see a question mark. Place your cursor over the question mark to view the number of impressions, clicks, conversions, the target/observed CPA, and the recent/average position for that keyword phrase.
